Mark was very knowledgeable with getting us our mortgage. He made the process go as smooth as possible. He was available to answer questions while dealing with a family emergency. He got us a great mortgage with a low fixed rate. Thank you Mark Hill.
Mark was supposed to help my husband and I get pre-approved for a mortgage as we were interested in buying a house. He spoke to us once saying he could help and then passed us on to his assistant. Then after several emails and texts over the space of 2 weeks to several members of staff, we never got another response.
