I can get overwhelmed at times when working on finances as I try to process everything at once. Mark made it extremely easy in our preliminary meeting to identify what loan amount I could qualify for and why. He took time to explain how each factor affecting the loan may change due to timing of the loan, amount of down payment, county I move into, etc. Throughout the entire process, Mark made it extremely easy to know which documents were needed for processing and why.
