Reached out to inquire about their services. Upon giving one of their lawyers, Nizar Ayoub, the go ahead that we wanted to proceed, Nizar went Radio Silent....8 days now and no response on next steps. I can't comment on their abilities as a law firm but I was disappointed in their responsiveness before we even got a business relationship off the ground. I guess I will take my search elsewhere.
What a terrible lawyer mark and Joanne haven’t been treated like this ever, out of no where comes up with a random charge of disbursement he never told me about and work they never did , bad work ethics
If you truly want the absolute BARE minimum effort from a lawyer and pay $2600. Mark habib is your guy. Hes just...weak. you want a lawyer who will fight for you but he just...wont? Took our realtor to call him out on his laziness to get him to reply to an email from the sellers lawyer...not gonna go back to him.
