Mark literally made this dream a reality. I went to a Saturday open house for a waterfront property and knew I had to make an offer that day. By Monday there would be multiple offers. He took my call on a Saturday night while he was on vacation in Hawaii. He got a pre-approval letter to my agent within an hour, and my offer was accepted by the end of the day.
