Tried to use this lawyer firm for a property purchase closing but it did not provide timely service. Anyone who plan to use them should ask for a detailed disbursement pre-quote in order to avoid a surprise when you got bill. Also be alert when you are required for the closing cheque with an amount much more than your property purchase price, as after closing this excessive amount may be claimed as interest payment and you would not get it back.
