Mr. Rubke doesn't return my calls or text & he is my Attorney. We haven't spoken in about 4 years. I email, call & text & Zero response. He settled part of my claim & got paid but won't settle the complete claim. I thought he was dead since he doesn't respond to me in any manner & the Bar Association said he was not dead. I am filing a complaint with the Bar Association. This is horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY.
