We had a pretty good experience with Mark and his team.For the pre approval process we had to reach out multiple times to finally get a number to be able to shop confidently . Once pre approved , Mark set us up with a good agent who helped find us a home. Once we had an offer accepted , Margarite was amazing at explaining the process and even answering multiple phone calls a day from us.
