I applied for a home loan last yr. They reached out to me quickly . Did a zoom visit with Mark. Had me submitted information to the portal. They request documents including my divorce papers, and told me they had a person that specializes in cases like mine. And they never got back to me. I called them again to follow up a few wks later, and he said they will look into it and get back to me. Waited a few wks, no-one got back to me. We had a pretty good experience with Mark and his team.For the pre approval process we had to reach out multiple times to finally get a number to be able to shop confidently . Once pre approved , Mark set us up with a good agent who helped find us a home. Once we had an offer accepted , Margarite was amazing at explaining the process and even answering multiple phone calls a day from us.
