We had 2 closings with this team. We figured the first time was bad because they had an off day or there were issues with the sellers. We figured they had all of our information so we’d try them again for a refinance. They dropped the ball even worse the second time around. I’ve never seen so many fees. They quoted us half the price of what they charged us. They threw in fees for things they never told us about. There was ZERO communication!
