Super responsive and takes the time to walk you through the important documents and breaks them down for you so you know with confidence what you’re signing for. Absolutely recommend! As first time homebuyers, Mark took the time (and answered some late night phone calls) walking us through all the steps to buy a home. He made it so much easier than we were expecting! Mark and his team also made sure we were very comfortable with all the numbers and options before we signed anything. Mark was absolutely incredible throughout our entire mortgage process. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had no matter how small and was patient and reassuring every step of the way.
