We spoke to a few Bankruptcy attorneys and some made some things sound too good to be true and although everyone we spoke to were super nice, ultimately we decided to go with Mark because he is very straightforward, very knowledgeable in this process and honest. I had so many questions going in to Chapter 13 and continue to have them. He is busy at times of course, which I think is a good thing. I don’t know where all the 5-star comments come from. I engaged Mark for estate planning. We first talked over the phone on 29 Jan 2025. He said it takes about 1 week to finish the case. Now is March, I am still not yet been scheduled for a signing. On 1.29, Mark asked me to send him successor trustees. I sent it to him on the same day with some questions. He never replied to me. My appointment with counselor Atchley left me pleasantly surprised; it turns out that my issues didn't really require his services and he told me that right away and delineated options whereby I could remedy my situation myself. I'm sure there are many out there that would have simply taken my cash and let me receive superfluous services. In addition to his honesty, he was courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Atchley law firm. They are great to work with. They have a very pleasant staff. They have great communication and follow through on everything. All of our questions were answered so we understood exactly what we needed to do. Also very affordable and if you need to they offer payment arrangements. I would like to add that Mary the paralegal was amazing to work with.
