Here’s the truth. See all these negative reviews? A group of individuals who had a personal connection to Mr. Anderson are leaving sabotage reviews to hurt him and his business. How do I know? Because I know the people doing it. Regardless of how you feel about someone, it is childish to go after someone’s livelihood and try to ruin them. I have used Mark for my taxes for years. They are always finished in a timely fashion and I have never had a problem with my return. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services.
Mark Anderson CPA firm can only be described as unprofessional and incompetent. They allowed my Q3 quarterly tax payment to miss the filing deadline, never notified me about the error and then when I confronted his receptionist to talk directly to Mark, I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. He never called. When I made a follow up call, I was told Mark was in a meeting and to just go ahead and send the IRS a check for $5,000 for now.
