This man is nothing but a scam artist for seniors. I purchased an Annuity from him almost 2 years ago and since that day in June 2018 he has never attempted to make contact with me in any way, not a postal mailing, never a phone call or text, and never an email. Prior to signing the contract I advised Talon of my intent to cancel the rider provision as soon as possible, after my first anniversary year, and that I would rely instead on the provision for 10% free cash withdrawals yearly rather then initiating the annuity incom... read more
