Mark is an excellent attorney! I would highly recommend him
Mark has been my attorney since 1990. He is the most trustworthy attorney I can recommend. Many times i have asked Mark if I should pursue a legal issue. And he told me that the cost would be more than the result. Most attorneys will take any case, and charge the fees. Mark is the only attorney that ever advised me to not pursue an issue. He did this at a disadvantage to himself. The only one honest attorney i ever met, that stayed honest over 30 years. if you do not trust Mark, you are wrong. Phil Hermes
He's a joke! Goes into a nursing home room with a woman who is pretty much comatose and she somehow "agreed to and SIGNED" a power of attorney. Not a chance! He's a sleezeball.
He was my attorney in 2011 by default and I went back n hired him 2 more times by 2015. Straight shooter and an all around decent guy
