Run away from this man. He is very very arrogant, rude, a liar and very unprofessional.
Mr. Mclaughlin is quite competent at what he does. He is not the best people person and can come off rude but he does care about his clients. He works hard on their behalf. I addressed how he comes off to me and he was quick to apologize, which I appreciated. To be honest, he is not paid to glad hand or candy coat things for people. He helped my husband and I during a very difficult time and we will forever be grateful for his hard work and efforts on our behalf. Completely incompetent. He constantly bragged about his 25 years of experience and rarely ever spoke about anything except the fees he charged for his amazing service. He then proceeded to lose every piece of documentation and paperwork he was given about our case, didn't seem to remember why he was in court, and didn't even remember to ask for the monies that were owed to us. Mark is available, affordable and his ‘consult’ is free! What more do you need to get started? I’ve used him a few times over the years, would’ve used him more but his ‘free’ consults’ helped me clear up a lot of things and saved me lots of money in the long run! He was not rude, no nonsense, yes, but never rude. His wife (who works with him) was always gracious and friendly. To us ‘working poor’ being affordable and having a payment plan means everything! What’s not to like?!
