Hands down, amazing service! This review is way overdue, but I couldn’t let it slide. A few days ago, I got off work around 6 PM and realized I needed new scrubs. I wasn’t sure what time they closed, so I called to ask if they could wait for me just 5-10 minutes. Thankfully, the manager, Boyd, said yes, and I rushed over. My first time in your store and I have to tell you, without Natalie’s help - I would be lost. Her enthusiasms, positive energy and solid knowledge of the store’s inventory ( brands and sizes ) made the selection proces fun and easy. Thank you Natalie and see you soon.
Natalie at Scrubs and Stitches was exceptional! I have some anxiety when it comes to shopping and I was in a rush, not a good combination. I had tried on a few items, found what I liked, then I returned to the floor and grabbed 5 pairs of scrubs, tops and bottoms. As Natalie was preparing my order, she went through each item and asked questions such as "I notice you only have 1 pair of joggers, was this what you wanted?" It was NOT!!!
