I can’t say enough how amazing the employees of this company are. Although we had to cancel our reservation last minute due to a family member having a medical emergency the night before we were supposed to travel to vieques, the employees were extremely helpful through the whole rental process. They answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond. If I make it to Vieques, my family and I will be for sure using them. Gracias.
Un poco caro para haber alquilado por 1 día, alquilamos un auto chiquito y nos valió algo así de 95usd por 24hs. De todas maneras indispensable para moverse por la isla, entiendo que por eso el precio. Más allá del precio nos atendieron muy bien y tienen ride al aeropuerto o al ferry lo cual está cool. Buen servicio lo recomendaría.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE + SCAM: La razón por la cual escogimos esta compañía es porque nos dijeron que eran la única compañía local de alquiler de vehículos en Vieques pero claramente debimos leer los reviews antes. Nos chocaron el auto en un estacionamiento y la persona se fue sin poder reclamar nada. Cuando llegamos al auto y nos percatamos del choque inmediatamente llamamos a la compañía, enviamos fotos y nos aseguramos de dar todos los detalles y hacer lo necesario antes de movernos del lugar.
