My first experience with M-O and it was great. Friendly and helpful people from customer service to the guys in the warehouse. Easy to drop off freight in Brampton and great customer service again at the delivery in Calgary. Couldn't be happier
Saw Maverick driver hauling Maritime trailer going wrong way in incoming traffic to avoid taking detour on highway 50 during rush hour. Is it worth saving time ? Putting others life on risk Please reach out to the driver unit 8135 July 31 2:30 PM Giving 3 star in hope that you will reach out to the driver. 🙏
awful customer service, woman who answered the toll free number was so rude we had to hang up, requesting through our supplier to never use their service again.
The lady at the front desk who answered the phone was terrible — extremely unprofessional and rude. She should be fired.
Extremely experienced and best intl freight carrier rates. They are competitive and have excellent operations back end client services
