This guy is such a crook, he has an address listed but there is no physical building. He runs ads on groupon, living social ect , takes your money but never provides a service. And have you looked on his website at his examples, looks like pictures from Glamour shots at the mall
i also had a bad experience with a very similar situation,It appears The owner-photographer schedules events,collects money but never delivers the goods .I also noticed 12 similar complaints on the BBB site
This company attended an event to take pictures for people who wanted them. The photographer/owner took pictures for me, required payment in full up front, and promised delivery within two weeks. It's been over two months and still no picture delivery. I was able to get a hold of him a couple of times in the beginning and he blamed shipping issues; but promised to fix the issue ASAP.
