Nothing to say about the service, the personnel is friendly. Only thing is I had to buy a thick plastic bag to carry my bike in the bus. I didn't mind the price but this was such a huge waste and makes absolutely no sense ecologically. Solutions to carry bikes behind cars exist, they are simple and very reliable. I honestly can't make sense of having to generate such a huge amount of plastic waste for one single trip.
