My mother in-law dropped off a parcel Dec 21 approx 9:40 pm (Esplanade Street, Sydney NS ... ) .. asked to have it transported Fri Dec 22nd (sure no problem) .. went this evening to pick it up in Hampton NB ... NO PARCEL ... tracking says it wasn't even shipped, its still in Sydney...beyond pissed. Why not call the customer if an issue arises? Like c'mon!
