After $100 for 30 minutes and $75 for 10 minutes, my shoulder pain improvement is next to nothing. No use to continue. It seems a waste of time and money.

It's been a week since I've completed the Glad Program under Wendy's professional and friendly guidance. My knees feel great ! Initially, Wendy demonstrated the correct techniques and then under Wendy's and Hannah's direction, they made sure that I kept on track. I love how Mariposa gives students, like Spencer and Anne, the opportunity and experience to learn what they love doing.
