If I could give this place less than one star I would. My sister’s family purchased Groupon gift certificates for myself, my mom and sisters as a Christmas gift. First off they could not honor them in a timely manner. Our appointments were finally scheduled in April and started hours after our scheduled time. I wish I could leave zero stars. The spa has no knowledge of the concept of customer service and relaxation. I was gifted a Groupon certificate and was treated rudely when I called to book and was told there was no availability for my Groupon for at least a month. The day before my service there was a death in my family and I contacted the spa to ask what my options were for cancelling. My fiancé and I stopped in today for the first time for a bite to eat, and was absolutely blown away by the food quality, atmosphere and staff! Every course we received was delicious! Our waitress was friendly, personal and attentive. And I even had the honor of meeting the owner Joanne without even knowing. PLACE NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!!! The manager pat is very very rude with a terrible attitude. Staff went in my robe and took My belongings there is no cameras for safety also it’s a sign at the front desk that says any lost or stolen items they’re not responsible for, so therefore your taking a chance if you forget anything personal or if something bad happens. Called to book an apt in March for a friend and I. Was informed we could not get a massage at the same time until May 25. So we Waited the two months and went today. Was told to arrive at 10:00 for our 11:00 massages. At 12:00, two hours after arrival, I was finally called back for my massage. My friend was done and ready to go at this point. We used a Groupon for a spa visit and we still got ripped off. The place is very old, dirty, and everything is broken including the lockers. The facial was the worst facial ever, basically wiped 3 lotions on your face wiped it off then left the room for 15 minutes. Awful!!! Even if your paying the groupon prove your getting ripped off!!!
Please do not waste your hard earned money at this spa. I took my daughter there in June to celebrate her birthday. The spa itself was filthy. The was a hole in the wall of the waiting area, the carpet was dirty and ripped, and the couch I was sitting on was dirty and ripped as well. When my daughter and I checked out after our facials, we noticed 6 dead flies in the lighting fixture globe in the foyer. I received a package gift for two from my husband. I scheduled to have the massage and lunch with my mother when I was 5 months pregnant. The prenatal pillow did not fit my 5'3" frame and after 10 to 15 minutes of trying to get me situated I ended up on my side with no pillows. The 10-15 minutes were taken out of my 25 minute massage (they were not busy and no one was waiting) the quality of the massage was subpar and the staff was not friendly. This is my 3rd experience with you all and I am sorry to say that., on all of my 3 occasions the services were horrible., there was spider webs in the front entrance, yard was unkept, the world pool was out of service., the service was rushy and very rude., our waitress did not greet us., and for Marios to be a popular venue among its competitors., I was very unsatisfied ., I hope that this get to the right person., in order for these things to be addressed.

I have answered this complaint as there had been a very heavy rain and we did experience a flooding that created a dangerous condition to use the whirlpool and it had to be shut down. They did not want to have any service but they were provided two complimentary lunches for any inconvenience, they are schueled to return on August 10th. Our landscaper was in the process of cleaning and remulching. Will follow there services when they return. Thank you Joanne L*****
