kitchen/dining has been very inconsistent. some meals are good, but staff training is 0! issues with the water system. Do not drink! eves are coming apart on building. But most all of staff are very kind. But most complaints fall on deaf ears. although you get free cable and electric. I find it is still very overpriced even with those free amenities! On a good note I did have my a/c replaced by next morning (monday) when it wasn't working.Only one maintenance for now.and cleaning staff once a week, makes bed, cleans toilette... read more
From a professional standpoint I found the staff very helpful, patient, and focused on finding solutions. In that regard Five Stars
