It's brand new very clean very nice and everything you need so seniors if you have a voucher, you have a good chance. The manager I spoke to was very personable to me and helped me and explain to me the details with a very nice welcome call. I know this would be a great retirement place for the senior citizen. The manager expressed they call the veterans FIRST. It absolutely is a beautiful place to live.

n that kitchen of mine.. Feb. 2025 switch mechanism burnt out on stove causing an Electrical Fire. Nov. 2025 still not getting any answer, just a bill for replacement of appliances , the replacement stove reminds me of that toy "The Easy Bake Oven"??? Electrical fires are not the fault of humans. (allegedly) Being totally ignored for months.. How does a person do that...

Just moved in today 10/04/2021 but so far it's really beautiful and clean inside and well kept landscape The neighborhood very clean....I was very impressed when I viewed this place online, more likable after the manager gave me a tour

Very clean had a computer room on first floor on right,visitor room toward rear,community room/eating,kitchen,second floor,beauty salon,workout room,library,theater,outside barbecue area,clean!

I looked at the outside very well kept, clean is a gated senior community for the elderly very nice building. I went at the night time very quiet. Well at least when I was there.
