Ordered a bike from an auction that had a chain that was stuck and I couldn’t not get it free, and I definitely tried. Took the bike in to this shop the next day and he fixed my issue and several other things he noticed that I had no clue about. Easily the best customer service I’ve had from any establishment in the last 5 years. HIGHLY recommend this place for any bicycle related issues.
Had everything I needed
Michael and his shop are the tops in my book! Bike touring cross country and called him for help a few minutes before closing. Michael told me to make my way to his shop as he was working late anyway. He came back at 8:30 and had me back on the road in a few minutes. Thank you Michael! I deeply appreciate your friendliness, awesome service and understanding this rider’s mental”dullness” from the road! Fellow travelers - make a point to visit this shop. Local bicyclists frequent this business. Not many left like this!

This is a great place. He did service work to my bike and had it done the next day. It was November so he said he was not as busy. Fair pricing and overall he was a great guy. If you come from out of town make sure to call first. He is a one man show and gets called out sometimes. I would highly recommend this for all biking needs.
