Someone needs to check into the individuals working in this office. Since when is a social security card and Georgia drivers license not proof enough that you are who you say you are. My husband had to go to the courthouse and get our marriage license. So make sure if you need a title change to carry ALL legal documents.
I have never had a more difficult time registering/renewing my title and tags than at this location. I have now made three separate attempts and each time for a various reasons they were unable to do my tags. Once was the system was down. Upon my most recent attempt, I discovered that they stop all registration actions after 4:30pm even though the office does not close until 5pm. The staff is friendly and helpful, but good luck getting your tags!
