Had a great experience with them this morning. I was new to Iowa and had to get a title transferred and an Iowa license. I had appointments booked for both and had no issues. I was out of there well before the second appointment was supposed to start. Parking was simple enough, the map above the elevator made navigating the building easy. Michaela and her team are consistently TOP NOTCH. Always great service, always friendly, and they all go out of their way to help. We couldn't ask for a better group of people in the Treasurer's office.
Can't be seen when convenient, not everyone has open schedule where they can come and go from work as they please...
