Always answer questions, very nice.
Very knowledgeable & willing to explain processes & procedures. I've also called several times & was always met with patience & kindness. Very nice going into a county office where people smile.
You're closed the final business day before the deadline to pay personal property taxes...really??? That is unacceptable! I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I took off work early to make it to your office during business hours.
