There was a lady that was discriminatory and racist towards my family member for being a resident and said no service can be provided at all.
New to FL. Needed to get my new DL. I brought my paperwork, but missing some items. They are strict and that is fine by me. Big Thank You to Michelle (Window 6) for being such an efficient, thorough, and patient person. You were so understanding and helpful. I spent more time at the DMV that I wanted to, but Michelle really helped me out a lot. Thank you again and thank you so much for your patience.
Office is rude! They sent me away 3 times with hoops to jump through, which I did and still not enough. After doing their hoops finally I get the paper for the bank to sign. Bank still has questions because it is not a normal thing. I am definitely being harassed in this situation. When I call main office the lady was rude taking up for her coworker and hung up on me. I would not recommended this office for anything and will be filing a formal complaint with the state.
