They leave the office closed before the time and there is no one to attend us and inform us.
I have had several very unpleasant experiences at this location. The staff is often rude and, in my experience, I have felt discriminated against because I am Latino. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated incident; it has happened to me multiple times at this location. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or nationality. Sadly, that has not been my experience here. I do not recommend this location.
Go to this office if it is close enough for you! Every representative is kind courteous and efficient. I’ve gone here several times and every time the experience is great. Not just with me but the customers around me that they treat with respect and patience. The wait times are as long as other tax offices, but the service is worth the wait!
Awesome staff, yes there is usually a wait time but they do their best to move it along. I got there at 0645, they open at 0800 and there were 2 other people ahead of me, they had arrived at 0630.
