There are two or three people who are in a bad mood and do not know how to serve the client
Lines start 30min before they open. Only half the employee stations have employees. Nothing like this county ever in my life to pay taxes to and be undeserved. Florida has gone to the junk pile.
The lady at window 12 was very nice and straight forward and was an absolute pleasure. If you get her, she's awesome. I would give this place 5 stars because they are relatively efficient for the volume of customers they have, most are polite and helpful. I'm NOT giving it 5 stars however, because the young woman at window 11 that I had today has an unnecessary attitude and in the most off-putting way. Condescending, bratty, narcissistic attitude.
