This office used to be run more efficiently, but whoever is running it now is doing a terrible job. I went to simply renew my two tags, waited over an hour to be called up, which was fine and sadly expected, but as the clerk was halfway done with my transaction their computers went down. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Ocala dmv/tax collector this’s location in belleview is the worst location I’ve ever been and will never return in been here for two hours and have witnessed them even calling people to the front of line by name because they see a friend and the swing is insanely close and they do not go by order of your ticket

This place constantly lies to customers! Every time you go they give you wrong directions for your next visit and it doesn’t matter if you are right they will never admit and always come up with something new. It’s a total WASTE of time!!!!!
