Out of all of the locations this is the worst I’ve been to. I attempted to register trailer a month ago and was told since I didn’t have it there they couldn’t get the weight off the trailer manufacturer tag. Well I towed the trailer in today since that was the same location that told me too …only to wait 1 1/2 to be turned away …now it has to be weighed or statement of weight from manufacture of which was not mentioned on the previous trip to the tax collector. Other times I visited, they were good; just busy. But this morning their computers were down. They let me sit there for 15 minutes before I overheard one of their workers mention it to a woman sitting next to me; not even publicly. She told the other woman that she might want to go to another office. She said nothing to me. A responsible office "with customer empathy" would have posted a sign on the door and inside the office.
a bunch of mean and lazy people behind this counters. The lady on 9 denied my title because my selling price looked like it was rewritten over. i tried to explain my pen was just out of ink and i had to go over it. she said there was nothing she could do. Just rude for absolutely no reason EDIT: i came back the next day with the SAME title and saw someone else who fulfilled my needs with NO PROBLEM. the first lady was just being lazy and unhelpful just to be mean.
The women who work here are ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! They are so unhelpful and rude it's insane. I have all the documents THEY told me to bring and oh guess what just kidding more is needed, been back three times now and still do not have my DL. This place should be audited maybe bring in some people who actually KNOW something, and want to work instead of play on their phones and gossip while there about 20 people waiting.
I was in and out in twenty five minutes. Mind you there was about twenty people waiting outside with me but that's how quick it went.
