Lived in many states and this specific location is the worst. System was down for hours. When they did start up they refused to fill out form and request title from lienholder. Didn't bring up temp tag at all. Called another office in Gainesville, they said come up here we will request and take care of temp tag. Gainesville wanted to work and this place would try to get out of working.
This place is extremely slow and horrible. Been there twice, and both times was skipped over because they choose who they want to help. What's the sense in picking a number when they skip over people? If I could give no stars, I'd be happy.
Shelly is absolutely the most patient person and so very helpful after two days of issues she worked her hardest to fix ever and got it all figured out and I was able too get my Florida license thank you so much again
You really need to do better. Longest wait ever just to turn in plates.
Out of all of the locations this is the worst I’ve been to. I attempted to register trailer a month ago and was told since I didn’t have it there they couldn’t get the weight off the trailer manufacturer tag. Well I towed the trailer in today since that was the same location that told me too …only to wait 1 1/2 to be turned away …now it has to be weighed or statement of weight from manufacture of which was not mentioned on the previous trip to the tax collector.
