Had a positive experience in this local office. I was assisted by the lovely young lady in booth 9. Very pleasant, helpful and solution oriented.
Overall, a nice experience. The first time I was there in March, they had a working restroom. The second time I was there, it was out of order. Today, it's not a public restroom anymore. 3 people waiting had to use the restroom. The only other problem I had was a declined credit card, when I called the bank after the fact, the bank said it was an address mis-match. Using a letter form that bank as verification of new address there's an address mis-match. Not sure whose fault that is, but I used a different card to pay.
Always have had a good experience here. Customer service is great!!!
