Needed an ebike in a pinch and Marion Bikes came through.
My husband has been walking to and from work and to and from the grocery store for four weeks, because he has been waiting four weeks for a tire to be installed on a perfectly functioning rim. No repairs, just a new tire. He went in on November 9. It's now December 7 and still no new tire installed. Whatever arrangement the owner made with my husband, he's still walking.
Deleted first review. I thought I was having a hard time nailing down time for repairs, since my schedule is very difficult. But when the owner and his right hand man learned I was frustrated, they immediately reached out and solved my supposed issue. Quite professional. The store is clean and presentable and Mr. Jon is both affable and approachable and Mr. Brandon takes his shop very seriously. I'm sure this is mighty fine shop for repairs and new purchases for anybody in the Marion area.
