Called Brandon on a Saturday morning to fix a flat and address brake issues on my E-bike. Told him I was an out of towner (From GA) and needed my bike fixed for our annual hunting trip here in IL. He went to work on my bike within 20mins of our initial phone call and had me operational in no time. Great guy with a great personality also! Thanks again brother!

Needed an ebike in a pinch and Marion Bikes came through.
My husband has been walking to and from work and to and from the grocery store for four weeks, because he has been waiting four weeks for a tire to be installed on a perfectly functioning rim. No repairs, just a new tire. He went in on November 9. It's now December 7 and still no new tire installed. Whatever arrangement the owner made with my husband, he's still walking.
