I have been coming here for over a year now. Their service is top notch and treat you with the utmost respect. Return customer for many years to come. Thank you your great service.
I have been going here for years. I recently had wefts put in for extensions. These were done by Leticia in the Skokie, IL location. The service was awful. She used thread that did not match my dark hair, as well as yellow beads on dark hair. They were also attached poorly. I have reached out to customer service 3 times and they have not adequately responded. Treating a regular customer in this manner is poor customer service. I am disappointed and will no longer be going there.
