Collin came out to our home in Houston to give us a second opinion after we were told we needed an acid neutralizer and a water softener. He checked our water right there and let us know it was in great shape, so we didn’t need to install anything extra. Collin also took a close look at our water pressure tank and confirmed it was working just fine. Erik showed up right on time and was extremely professional and polite. He put down tarps to protect the floors on the way to the master bathroom, then installed a new pressure-assisted toilet, including both the tank and the bowl. Erik made sure to check the old flange, saw it was in good condition, and then put in the new toilet. After finishing, he tested everything to be sure it was working just right.
