Wow - in reading the responses to the negative reviews, I wonder why anyone would shop here. The manager's responses are completely uncalled for and rude. I have never read such mean replies to customers. Managers should be reaching out to apologize and attempt to make things better for the unhappy customers. My Goodness! Horrible customer service! They don’t care about the customers. They misinform you and then don’t stick by their word. They’re rude and inconsiderate. Although their merchandise is high quality and fun, I will never shop there again!! There are plenty of places that have great merchandise where I will be much happier shopping at. Beware that these people can turn you off as well in an instant. Trust me, shop elsewhere!

I want to thank the sales staff for an amazing experience. I am starting a new career, I told the sales associate what I needed. She brought everything to a fitting room for me. I never had to do anything except try the garments on. The associate had a seamstress come right over and pinned my jacket and blouse to show me what it would look like altered. We have been to this shop twice. The first time was a decent experience. We live 2 hours away and this shop is the closest that carries our favorite designer. The first experience was okay. The salesperson was nice and helpful. The second time, though, was terrible. The salesperson was very pushy... pushing us toward dresses that were not what we wanted. The worst customer service. Insulting all the way because of my accent and also because I asked the rudest girl at the desk to NOT Change the price on the label of a sale item. How dishonest can you be in a so called « classy » environment. Walked out and will never shop there again.
