bought a feathers sofa and the chase zipper has repeatedly broken. i have tried over and over to get replaced but trying to get any response regarding warranty and replacement seem to be non existent. recommend making zipper little more industrial.

The most comfortable couch I have sat on. Love the material and color. A little lower than I would like. You can buy legs in different sizes easy to put on and take off .
I have been looking at one particular couch online for a while but I really wanted to see how the couch felt in person. So I went to their location in Beverly Hills and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE COUCH.. and the sales team, very helpful and kind! Can’t wait for my couch to arrive!
