I was a patient for years and I am so disappointed in the level of care I received at this office. The administrative staff is rude and they don't do their jobs. They do not answer the phone & you will be number one in the queue for over 15 mins & they rarely return calls. I waited a month for blood work results from my yearly physical. Whether you leave a phone message or email your PCP through the patient portal, its intercepted by a nurse and you can never speak directly with your PCP.
