Absolutely terrible after-sales service and extremely poor quality. Two engines failed, resulting in USD 60,000 in replacement costs due to a defective exhaust manifold. I also ordered and paid USD 300 for anodes that were never delivered. After spending more than USD 10,000 with this company, it is now impossible to contact them by email or get any response. 6weeks on from paying for a honda f15x manifold im asked for a review . Well if i actually got the product i could review it. Rung several times and have had no email updates on delays like they claim to provide. Even got hold of the boss and he had no idea . Guess what ill be ringing again tomorrow
I was a bit tentative at first and struggled justify the cost of these manifolds , yeh they looked pretty and all and I knew that stainless would be better than the cast iron ones that came as standard. In the end, I went ahead and ordered them . Firstly the ordering process with Mark was Awesome! It felt like I was talking to a mate and I enjoyed his enthusiasm.
