I felt very welcomed when I entered the doors. The young lady at the front door was very polite. She escorted me to a private office and assured me that Ms. Cindy would be with me momentarily. And she was quite right. The entire transaction was not long at all. Ms. Cindy retrieved what she needed from me and did what she had to do in a matter of about 30 minutes.
