Beware…… they offer installment loan with no prepayment penalty. But if you make extra payment or above your monthly payment , it automatically goes towards interest and not the principal balance. When I called to check on this, I was told that that’s the way it’s set up in the system and they cannot change it. I asked if they can revise /override and applied towards principal , and she emphasized that that was the way the system automatically takes it. My bad for dealing with them.
