and lazy . When i called to ask questions she gave me general answers ( which were all wrong ) she even lied when i called back to get further insight telling me she didn’t have access to certain information- but when i called back and got the assistant manager , he had the ability to not only check in the system, but answer correctly . Not sure who she knows to sustain her position their but it must be someone high up because she’s useless.
