I worked with both Ray and Alex at Mariner over the last 2 weeks, and they were extremely helpful. There were a lot of details to sort through, and they handled them all. I'm very grateful to them. Highly recommended.
I have been dealing with Mariner finance for some time now. Recently I applied for another loan and was directed to call my branch (Springfield Office). I called their office more than 4 times and left messages and did not receive a call back. I am not sure what is going on with that office however not to return calls is very unprofessional.
