The loan process went smoothly, I have no complaints there. However, after paying off my loan I never received the title to my car which was used to get the loan. Even though I updated my address and my address was confirmed by one of their agents my title was sent to the wrong address. I have called and emailed them several times and yet months later I still do not have my title. I was told the manager would follow up with me by Teija but she never did. From beginning to end, everything the agent said she was going to do, she did. My experience with other companies has consisted of promises made and not kept. Ashley Hammons said what she was going to do, and she actually exceeded everything she said. Communication is very important to me. Her service was OUTSTANDING and the loan process was fast and easy.
