This location needs to be schooled on customer service. They tell you that you are approved then the manager Ashley will find any and every reason not to approve you. Not a friendly location and a waste of time. I was told I was approved and to come to the location then once I got there I was sat into a 6x6 room with a closed door and white walls for over 3 hours. My second time doing business with Mariner Finance and the staff was awesome! They were all knowledgeable and very helpful and the process for a loan don’t take long at all. I highly recommend them for your financial needs. :)
Applying for a loan here was seamless! My loan officer, Ashley, was friendly and professional! The loan closer, Margaret, had ten years of experience and could answer all of my questions! I felt so comfortable and welcome. And you sign the papers on a computer! I’ll be back if I ever have the need! Thank you!
