Not a happy camper on this particular transaction, on trying to consolidate 2 loans into one. Closing was a complete circus requiring 2 visits to the office, 1st visit lasted 2.5 hours, and 2nd visit on the following day took another 1.25 hours. The paperwork was incorrect and required multiple calls to the service/call center to correct. That is excessive from my viewpoint.
The people in this office are kind, nonjudgmental and very helpful! They made my loan so easy and were easy to ask question!
Love Mariner, they always treat the wife I like family. Marissa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. She did an exceptional job .
