The loan office is Salisbury has horrible customer service. My husband and I went in for a loan and were told I was approved but if I wanted additional funds I could add my husband. I got a call almost a week later saying that I was not eligible for the loan with my husband. I said well can I remove him and get the original amount and I was told no I was never approved which is not what we were told originally.
