The loan service experience at the Salisbury branch was exceptionally poor. The application process began on a Wednesday, and a representative promised a follow-up call by the end of the day. This call and any communication were absent on Thursday. Attempts to contact the branch on Friday resulted in being routed to another center. The promise of a manager's call was not fulfilled.
