My experience was horrible! The rep insisted that I hung up on the rep the day before when I informed that I did not speak to anyone. Then proceeded to tell me that the pool company gave me a 90 day grace period but my bill was due. I tried to inform that it had not been 90 days. I asked if I could get the link and billing information sent to me and was told that they don’t do that she could mail me my contract.
