So I went in after getting a call about 'Christmas money' as I'm already a customer. They couldn't help but offered to move my December payment, and I said OK. That's something. They ask for a few documents. I provide them. And of course, this morning...December payment comes out. LOL!!!! Awful follow-up. Even worse to lie about doing something you had no intention of actually doing. At least I'm in a position where I'm not hurting over the payment, but don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk.
