These people gave my almost 80 yr old father with dementia a loan and have been very difficult to work with on my end. I manage his money now after I found out he gave away all his money away to scammers in Georgia. UCCU gave him a loan and mariner gave him a 37% loan after he had already given away $100+k, all that he had. They say his account is locked because they kept trying to run his old debit card which we replaced because of the scammers. The Sandy, UT branch has friendly staff, and excellent customer service. It only took a couple of days to finalize my secured loan. Most of it was done over the phone & online. The whole process was user friendly & easy to do. I liked not having to be in the office forever. Sadie was very professional and efficient.
