Last week I was told by Joanna that I was approved but I would have to come to the office for them to see the car. At first I said no since I live far but on Friday I called saying I’m able to stop by on Monday. When I called on Friday Joanna said since they close your case please call back on Monday for us to reopen. I applied for a new loan with Mariner. The process was fast and easy and after I spoke with an agent to further verify my identity due to a fraud alert that's attached to my credit reports due to fraud against me recently I was quickly approved. I read and signed the agreement. Now I'm just awaiting my funds.
I all ways feel welcome when I go into their office. they will be upfront and helpful. with your need's. It was a very good experience .
From my first experience with Mariner via a “live” mail check, and my subsequent interaction with them - I’ve been completely satisfied. Joanna is extremely good at what she does, as she guided this dufus (me) through a loan refi over the phone. Good follow up from branch manager to ensure everything went smooth. App is convenient and fairly easy to navigate.
