They don’t report monthly, so even if you pay off your debt, it will stay for months in your credit report. I called them and asked them to report, they say it is not up to them. I asked for main office number, they say there is nothing you can do. So even though I paid all my credit 3 months ago, it is still saying that I owe them almost $500 . This is very disappointing
Horrible company. Say I’m approved for a loan on Friday and then Monday say need more income. Horrible business practice
