The young lady worked on my application until she was able to get the money I needed and really appreciate it
Very nice people Very professional and willing to help you wherever you need them.
I had an appointment scheduled for 2 PM. I arrived at 1:41 PM. When I walked in, they put me into a closing room. The closing agent did not even come into the room until an hour and 10 minutes later. I did not leave until 4:20 PM. There is just not enough staff to do the work.
